There was a bit of delayed response from agreeing to do the project to when it actually happened, but he was able to identify the part I needed for a broken washing machine, order it & install it and now it works perfectly! The actual work only took 20 mins & he was very friendly and professional.

Hermina provided excellent work, he was timely, he communicated all along the way.
He was professional in his dress and interactions with me and with my wife in the first visit when I was not there. We had a part that had to be ordered and he shared the process all along the way.
