Pricing depends on different projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a conversation about the customer’s tank, goals, and any current issues they may be experiencing. From there, I assess the aquarium setup, water quality, equipment, and livestock needs. I then recommend a maintenance plan or service tailored specifically to the aquarium and the customer’s goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in the aquarium industry, including professional aquarium installation and maintenance. I’ve worked with freshwater, planted, saltwater, and reef systems and continue researching and staying updated on modern aquarium equipment and care techniques.
