Susan Trammell says, "Im convinced it was Divine intervention that put Caleb Spearing and the Syndicate & Co. team in my path. For 20 years, I have had a vision for a gourmet kitchen and addition for my home. Just after finding Caleb and hours before signing our contract, I found I had an aggressive form of later stage cancer. I asked him if he would consider working with someone who didnt know their longevity for such a large project. Not only was he willing, he made adjustments to the project to ensure I retained a washer and dryer in a makeshift kitchen/laundry area for all but 2 weeks of the large project. Other cancer patients would realize the huge blessing this brings. I expected some major bumps along the way of such a large undertaking, but was surprised with one the easiest, most professional and breathtaking outcomes Ive ever witnessed. I am certain I have the most beautiful space in all of TN, and it met every item on my wish list plus more. Our county codes are hard to meet, and somehow Caleb even managed these perfectly. Aside from a very small increase due to newly instantiated building requirements, the project stayed perfectly on budget and I ended with a perfect result. Caleb explained better choice alternatives I could make and why, and I never lacked for constant communication. I believe the care he took filled me with extra hope for my (successful!) cancer treatment as well. My family will make memories for a lifetime in our new home. Caleb has earned a client, advocate, and friend for life. Thank you to the entire Syndicate team for making me feel like I was the most important client the entire time despite how much you have in flight. Appreciate you all!"See more

He communicated through the whole process, made sure the quality was perfect and even helped pick the perfect paint color. He went way above by painting the can lights to match the room. Ben’s employees we so careful to make sure the drywall and paint fumes did not interfere with our family and did an amazing job on the clean up, I didn’t have to do any clean up after them. I would highly recommend Ben and Echelon Design and Build to all my friends and family. I actually have a friend working with him now.
