Note: For anything booking more or less than 1 hour, the price will differ
and be negotiated. Anything further than an hour outside of Nashville will be charged for a travel rate per mile.
What to Expect
Weddings:
As you walk down the aisle, you'll be greeted by your loved one's
comforting faces, incredible floral smells, and decor. Picture me in a
beautiful dress elegantly paired with the party colors just off to the side.
You'll hear me setting the atmosphere, holding the focus of the guests,
and taking them on a journey with heartwarming melodies. Your romantic favorites will be performed at a soothing volume, soulful vocal tone, and
accompanied sweet sounding guitar. The music will help you remember
this day with elated tears. (Upon request, Sarah can also embellish the
moment with fun, playful, and energetic hits from 1960s to today)
Cocktail Hour:
While pictures are being taken, envision me dressed to impress across
from the delicious appetizers serenading the guests with the couple's
favorites. From love songs to the ones that hold dear memories and deep meaning, you'll hear me performing each one just loud enough to fill the
space where everyone can easily take selfies and enjoy their conversations.
Rehearsal Dinner/Private parties/Dinner Parties/Birthday Dinners:
While everyone is enjoying the night and toasting over dinner celebrating,
picture me in a semi formal outfit adding sprinkles of guest of honor's
favorite songs with your meal. All are welcome to listen, sing along, or
share a laugh or a fun story with the party. If there's any inspiration, dance
if you wish!
Private Concert:
Picture me dressed in my best artist outfit playing some original songs
you've heard, and some you haven't! You'll be pleasantly surprised when I
throw a few of your favorites, fun personable conversation, and keep the
crowd happy with a few of my best covers. Depending upon the set list
and flow of events, guests may be encouraged to request songs and
engage with the artist (Sarah) during the performance.

BIO
Recording artist and singer/songwriter Sarah Lightman, newly based in
Nashville, Tennessee (originally from Central New Jersey) moved from an 8
year Los Angeles residency. She started in music as a street performer in
Downtown Burbank, CA and climbed to having her music video featured
on the jumbotron at Universal CityWalk, Los Angeles while performing at
various residencies all over the city and touring on the East Coast -
including the NAMM Mainstage and CityWalk. She has also performed at
The Water Lantern Festival and was invited back to play multiple cities and
states throughout 2023.
Sarah is also sponsored by Luna Guitars, Cleartone Strings, and Empire
Ears. Fun fact, her first guitar she owned at 18 was a Luna Guitar. She liked
the brand and their tribal message so much that she connected with them
directly and built a relationship. "Community and quality of relationships
are incredibly important to me. Luna is one of the first to integrate
instruments shaped for all genders and individual uniqueness. Not many
brands thought about women picking up a guitar they way that Luna has."
The sponsorship with them began when she offered to feature several of
their instruments in her first music video "Home" that played on the
jumbotron. Not long after that, Sarah was invited to partner with Empire
Ears and Cleartone Strings after they heard about her through a mutual
connection. When the pandemic started and in person gigs were put on
pause, she wanted to keep connecting with fans through live music on
Twitch. Her main focus is advocating for mental health through the
medium of her original songs. By sharing the adversity she has overcome,
the resilience she has developed, and the wisdom she learns, she hopes to
help others know they can face their fears and live beyond theirs too.

Additional Booking Notes
I'll be bringing a wireless JBL PA system (one speaker, can being a second
speaker if necessary) with an Audix 0M7 standard mic setup as well as any
additional cables, iPad and clip, stands, and such. Since both the PA system
and guitar are powered up by charged batteries, no power will be needed!
Just a shady spot (if outside) that is friendly for the instrument, and
equipment so that the space can be filled appropriately.
You may notice, I am not the cheapest choice. I deliver only top quality
