Ms. Valarie was punctual & very helpful in setting up the site for our church event. Even with the few glitches with our electrical situation, her professionalism sought out other avenues to make the setup and out event a success.

615 Concessions were prompt with responding and showing up on time for delivery. They set up the bounce house, cleaned the inside, and came back to take everything down. Amazing people to do business with.

I would have liked to choose all 5 of the things on the previous page. Only being able to choose 3 is not quite fair. 615 Concessions deserves to get all 5! I had a slide rented from another company and at the last minute they bailed. This is 4th of July weekend and every company I found was booked. Somehow I found myself in Thumbtack and they had one water slide rental company. Sent an email and within minutes I had a reply. I had to download the Thumbtack app to get message but, I am so glad I did. The message said yes, they could help me. They brought a brand new bounce house/water slide! We are the 1st to use it. They set it up in no time. Gave us instructions on using it. Answered all of our questions and talked to us like we were old friends. I am so glad to have found Thumbtack and 615 Concessions

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our equipment are priced affordably to allow the customer to maximize their dollar and make the best of their event. We offer our Toddler Bouncer- as an (add on only to concessions, movie theatre screen, yard celebration cards or tables and chairs) for an additional $35. Measurements: 9'L x12'W x 6'H ~ And ~ Our Small Bouncer with the Pool & Ramp- as an (add on only to concessions, movie theatre screen, yard celebration cards or tables and chairs) for an additional $35. Measurements: 11.8L x 9.17W x 6.58H.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Stay accessible as often as possible for the customer for if/when they have questions... Also making sure that the customer is aware of our products and what we have to offer them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend workshops and online webinars, as well as stay in touch with my mentors. Also, we have been in the party rental business, since 2012.
