I honestly think my laptop was gone to begin with when I took it here. I told him it was probably my hard drive messed up on my computer.. He did the free estimate and ran diagnostics on it and told me my hard drive was FINE. He then tells me he will have to look inside of my computer to take a closer look and try to locate the problem. He was clear that it would cost me 40 for labor to do do. I complied. He gets back with me and let's me know that there's a part needed, that something is busted up inside my computer which is preventing it from turning on. Well he first quotes me 15 for the part plus shipping, then 17 for the part plus shipping and when I go to pick up my (not fixed) lap top he tells me it's 22 plus shipping for the part. Plus 69 for labor. I pay 105 to get my lap top back at which point it turns on fine once, but the second time brings up a blank screen with a message. I proceed to call him and read the message to him. Do you know what he tells me? He says - Sounds like the hard drive.... So, here I am 105 in the hole. When he ran a diagnostic on my hard drive - it came back fine.. ? His exact words were my hard drive is fine - and now he's telling me that it sounds like my hard drive is messed up? My problem is is that if he had told me my hard drive was messed up I wouldn't have asked him to do ANY work on my lap top. I would have chalked up my loss and called it quits. I would rate him a big fat 0 but unfortunately cannot..

PC STAT electronic repair is great! The work is fast and John was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and told me what it was going to cost to get my laptop up and running again.

In the evening my adapter chord discontinued working. With one phone call and a few simple directions my lap top was up and working again. He was easy to understand. He took the time in the late evening to help. My lap top is working perfect. I will use his services again and refer others to use him also.

I have a very simple pricing system. We have a list of services that we offer and prices that go along with what the customer needs to have done.

We are certified MCSE and have over 20 years experience! We are always learning in our line of work. Devices are often progressing. We update our processes often.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually started in this profession with a friend of the family, way back before high school. I think I was around 15. I remember riding my moped to work sometimes!!
