The entire experience with Joyful Provisions was wonderful. Our occasion was a"sisters' reunion". We set a menu that we wanted to learn how to make. They involved us in every step of the meal adding interesting cooking tips. Food was excellent; staff were very personable and the kitchen was clean when they finished. GREAT!

STAY AWAY! I purchased a LivingSocial deal for a week's worth of meal delivery with this company. Turns out it is a total scam. Promised first delivery on a Monday only to cancel. Rescheduled delivery for Tuesday, but failed to show up AGAIN. No call. No email. Nothing. I know of at least three other families that were left high and dry as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I purchased a groupon for this company and after four weeks of calling to get it scheduled with no response, I have filed a few complaints and will be making sure everyone knows not to use this company. My husband spent a lot of time trying to get me an awesome birthday present and Joyful provisions has absolutely ruined it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!

My biggest advice would be to never allow price to be your most important factor. You want to hire someone who shares your vision and can execute that vision the way you would like.
