I’m very pleased with my new deck, everything went very smoothly. Saul did a fantastic job and Maria assisted, they take pride in their work and the craftsmanship is top-notch! Their dedication to getting the project done in an affordable and timely manner was noticed. Clear communication helped execute the project more smoothly. I can’t be more pleased and I highly recommend them. I will definitely utilize their expertise and skills for future projects.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cardonas Remodeling believes in fair, honest, and transparent pricing. We provide detailed estimates before starting any project so customers know exactly what to expect. Our pricing is based on the size of the project, materials, and labor needed. We work hard to offer quality workmanship at competitive prices without hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with listening to the customer’s needs and discussing their vision for the project. We then schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the work area, provide recommendations, and prepare a detailed estimate. Once approved, we schedule the project, maintain communication throughout the process, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the final results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in remodeling, painting, porch repairs, and pergola construction. Over the years, we have developed strong skills through real-world projects, continued learning, and staying updated on quality materials, techniques, and safety practices to provide reliable workmanship.
