Scott Phelps says, "As an HOA president, maintaining our community's landscaping is a high priority. Several common areas in our community were showing signs of mole tunnel damage and a few trees in the area were dying. The HOA wanted to remediate the mole infestation but avoid chemical treatments to the area that would merely drive the moles away from the common areas to the HOA resident's personal yards. Trapping was the answer. We contacted Ogden Mole Control to obtain an understanding of their service practices and quote. It turned out that Ogdens traps are custom designed to ensure that safety to humans and pets are assured. The traps are placed inside the mole tunnels (not above ground creating an attractive nuisance) and have no blades or sharp clamps that could cause serious injury to humans or pets if inadvertently exposed from the ground. The trapping areas are clearly marked with highly visible red flags so that landscapers and community members can avoid them. These were key factors for our HOA.We hired Ogden after receiving a reasonable quote. When Ogdens team services our properties, they also send us notification that they are on their way. Then, during or after the service, they send us status reports of the grounds and/or pictures of placed traps or moles that have been trapped. After the first 2 visits, Ogdens team trapped 2 mating pairs of moles. Since then, Ogdens team has been walking our common areas monthly, looking for signs of new activity and trapping as needed. We are very happy with the results and customer service. I would recommend Ogden to any HOA and private resident in need of mole remediation."See more

Rachael Travis says, "I had a very unusual and traumatic event happen at my home. My 9 week old kitten went into a vent that was under a vanity in the bathroom and went through all the ductwork and somehow bypassed all parts of the HVAC and stopped at the fan. Of course, when the fan was turned on, it killed her. JASON came out, in conjunction with Lee Company. He was so respectful and so kind about the situation. I cried from the moment it happened until a day later when they could get there together and was still crying when I let them in which Im sure was a little awkward for them but they were just so nice and so sympathetic. JASON even asked me if I wanted to keep her body for burial. I didnt bc I just didnt want to see her that way but it was amazing of him to even think of that for me. I cant say enough about how wonderful and compassionate he was in this situation. I know this company usually deals with wild animals where people are not as emotionally involved so it was a relief to see someone be able to adjust to the situation. -Ashlee Olson"See more
