- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any new customer I will gather as much information from an in-person consultation to maximize the virtual or in-person program sessions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked with dogs for years, whether it be in a pet shop, pet sitting/dog walking (and training), or simply just watching dogs play everyday. I know a lot about their behaviors and how they can act in different environments. It was only until a couple years ago that I realized just how much I loved training a dog and watching them learn.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are you ready to commit to weeks of training. Do you have the time everyday to train your dog for a few minutes at a time?
