- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I dont do set packages because everyone has different wants and needs. Don't be afraid to address your budget upfront! It is important to start with this first so we do have realistic expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend setting a budget and figuring out everything needed for the event. We then execute off of inspo pictures to make it amazing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was on the PTO board at my children's elementary school and was in charge of all decor and festivals. Also, throwing huge parties for my kids as well as family you learn the ropes! From disco cowgirl themed to toy story, I always strive to make it memorable.
