- Electrical (limited): Light fixtures, chandeliers, ceiling fans, switches, power outlets, power troubleshooting. Generally don’t service electrical panels, circuit breakers, or modify any permitted electrical system.
- Plumbing (limited): Toilets, faucets, sinks, disposals, shower heads, minor leaks. Generally don’t service pressurized pipes or modify any permitted plumbing system within the walls.
- Wall fixture installations: Cabinets/drawers, shelves, racks, curtains, blinds/shades, TV's, security cameras, thermostats, bathroom fixtures/hardware, mirrors, pictures frames, coat hangers, window AC/heater units, baby and doggy gates
- Doors, door handles and dead bolts
- Garage doors (limited): Panel repair or bottom seal replacement
- Windows (limited): Don’t work on 2nd story roofs or higher
- Trim carpentry: Baseboard, casing, crown molding
- Laminate or wood countertop installation
- Furniture and gym equipment assembly
- Murphy bed installs
- Deck & fence repair
- Soffit (limited): 1 story height only
- Porch/patio ceiling boards
- Minor framing repair/reinforcement. Minor wood rot repair.
- Appliances (limited): Washer/dryer hookups, exterior dryer vent covers, washer drip pan, fridge filter replacement, freezer ice maker replacement, dishwasher filter maintenance.
