A Better House, Inc., Middle Tennessee’s most established energy-efficient green builder and distributor, builds Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) homes and commercial buildings. ICF structures consist of stacked, hollow polystyrene blocks which are then filled with concrete, and they can look like whatever style you prefer! The result is tornado-, hurricane-, and fire-resistant, and threats of mold, mildew, rot or termites are eliminated. We then integrate LED lighting, ductless heating and cooling, spray foam insulation, tankless water heaters, and efficient windows. As a result, homeowners can expect to have lower insurance premiums and significantly lower utility bills. A Better House also distributes and installs independent power sources, such as solar panels or the brand new Windtronics Honeywell Wind Turbine, currently on display in our showroom.
