Mike communicated well, let us know once he was on the way, he gave us idea of what all was needed to be done, as just as he mentioned on phone, took care of everything. He is a rare find; he layers the plastic to make sure the area he was working is protected and even cleaned up after the work. Not to mention he was respectful and polite, heard us out, gave good insight to help with decisions. We look forward to working with him in future and would recommend him to our friends.

Great company, they came in and fixed the gaps in my wooden flooring. They were fast and quality was excellent, no shortcut here. They were friendly, and had excellent customer service. I would use them again.
We were trying to sell our house and had a point of sale come back with an issue. We reached out to so many people and the pricing was to high or they weren't qualified to do mold removal. CBI and there team made it happen for us. They had people come out and take care of the mold and we passed inspection. We are so grateful for there help. They provided a report and we submitted to the inspector and everything went smooth. We will defiantly use them again. Also, Connie and mike were so helpful! They made this project so easy for us!!

We had a gas leak in the house and CBI came out and replaced all the lines because they were really bad. We were then able to get the gas turned on. After that we decided to get a new furnace and Hot water tank. We didn't know they also did this work until they finished the gas lines. The price was right and there communication was outstanding. We will use them again on future projects!!

I cannot recommend CBI Property Maintenance highly enough. We recently had them install a stacked washer and dryer in our 3rd floor bathroom-a long, complex project in a 100 year old tudor home with solid brick and plaster walls. Hector and Jay were absolutely outstanding! There craftsmanship and attention to detail while navigating the unique challenges of an older home were impressive. Beyond there technical skill, they were a total joy to have in the house. They were professional, diligent, and the quality of the installation is top notch. The support from the office was equally superb. Michael and Connie were both wonderful to work with, ensuring everything stayed on track and communicating clearly throughout the process. The results are so fantastic that we already booked them for April. I've found my "forever" contractor; I will never use anyone ever again. They are that good!!
