I had a great experience from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and answered every message within minutes, which showed me right away that he takes customer service seriously. He was also patient and helpful whenever I had questions. When he arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process. He double-checked the measurements, made sure the positioning of the TV was right, and even confirmed with me multiple times that I was completely satisfied with where I wanted it mounted before moving forward. He was professional, respectful, showed up with great energy, and did an excellent job. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. Jaquan responded immediately to our last minute large TV installation request and arrived the same day within a few hours. He was responsive and let us know he was running a few minutes late which we appreciated since we were also coordinating two bed deliveries.
