David did an excellent job installing our permanent outdoor lights. He was very professional and the lights look wonderful. I liked that he kept us informed at all stages of the job, from quote to finish. He even helped me set up the app to remotely control the lights.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for most jobs. I will most likely need to get eyes in the project at hand and then I can assess the price from there. Sometimes it may just take as long until the job is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy working with the customer's vision of how their home should be or learning about how their house works. It makes the job and experience better for me and who I will be working for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing carpentry, painting, and other contracting things on and off for most of my life. Professionally I have been working in this business for 6 years and doing it on my own for 2. I love being able to make my own schedule and helping others out at my pace.
