Jacob is very reliable, professional, and an excellent communicator. He is flexible and adjusts his schedule to accommodate the customer. He was willing to meet after work to accommodate my busy work schedule. At the last minute and right before we were to meet, a friend and coworker offered to hang my blind at no charge. I will contact Jacob in the near future for other projects.
