- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is generally based on average rates for the area I am working in and are very job specific. I am always open to talking through rates and trying to help a client find discounts wherever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information up front as possible to be absolutely positive we are on the same page about every aspect of the project. My goal is to always leave the customer satisfied and exceed expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school, College, Maintenance and repair on home properties for decades.
