- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100/hr. If I do the any work and I have not fixed the problem or completed the job, I do not charge the customer anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come and see the job, at no charge to the customer, I prefer to get a good idea of what needs to be done prior to beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction for over 50 years, and have seen an done almost everything.
