Absolutely amazing!! They were so professional and did a wonderful job. The pictures are before the put the baseboards up so you can only imagine how incredible it looks now!! We will 100% be using them again on future projects!!!

I had no prior knowledge with flooring and had no idea what to expect when wanting to replace carpet to hardwood floors. Thankfully, Tyke was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and never made me feel like I should already know what was happening.
Not only has he been extremely professional, but the quality of his work is outstanding. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how my floors turned out. You can tell he truly values the work he does and takes pride in keeping his customers satisfied. Clore Flooring is the best. I sent Tyke a few pictures. He came out walked the property took pictures himself and followed up with an estimate. My uncle referred them over having used them for several other jobs. They were really fast with the work but that did not take away from the quality of their work. I already have them scheduled for our rental property. Thank you Clorbe Flooring!!

You know what… I really respect this young man a lot! He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and reasonable! Me and my wife were going back and forth with each other on the type of floors we would want in our house ( could have strangled her) but thanks to the owner, he found us the type of floors that matched what we both wanted and he still stayed in our budget! Me and my wife both are happy with the way they turned out. If you need your floors done for a reasonable price and want someone that actually care about your opinion and thoughts I would go with this company! He treated us so well we thought he was apart of the family. I would highly recommend him over to anyone that needs anything done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2$ a square foot for installation. Tear out and removal is $1 a square foot depending on the type of flooring. Not all jobs are the same and other factors could determine the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know a rough idea of the square footage and what the customer would like done. I like to give an estimate in person to be as transparent as possible. Then I would like to know how soon they would like the job completed. I would get started as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years. of experience growing up flooring with my whole family since a kid in north Indiana. I did my own carpet in my childhood bedroom and did my mothers laminate flooring growing up as a kid. My father had his own flooring company and my grandfather had his own construction company. I worked with both my grandfather and father until turning 27 and started my own company with my own team.
