If you are looking for an exceptional experience from start to finish, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Metro Nashville. From our initial call to schedule a quote, Parker was professional, attentive, and thorough. He brought an extensive selection of options and even ordered larger samples so we could take time to make a confident final decision.Throughout the installation process, BJs communication was outstanding. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure every one of our requests was met. While we were initially nervous about completing flooring throughout the entire home, they made the process seamless and stress-freeand the results exceeded our expectations.Even after installation, their commitment to customer satisfaction continued. They returned a few days later to repair flooring we had accidentally scratched while moving furniture back in. This was, without question, the best experience weve had with any company. We will absolutely recommend them and plan to use them again for any future flooring needs.

We met with several different companies to refinish our historic hardwood floors, considering both large and small businesses. We decided to go with Floor Coverings International for several reasons. They showed up on time and prepared, and clearly explained their process, what it would take to get the job done, and what we could expect. They also offered a hands-off, white glove service, which was very appealing to us.We had a project manager, BJ, who helped guide us through each step of the process. While we were renovating the home, we were extremely busy, so having someone manage the project was incredibly helpful. When they gave us a quote, they worked with us on pricing, and we ultimately agreed on something fair and reasonable. They also offered financing, which was helpful during a costly renovation.The workers were quick and efficient. They replaced some missing hardwood boards and even went further by repairing sections of the subfloor that had rotted. To us, that showed they went above and beyond. When replacing boards, they took great care to match the new wood with the original so the final result would look seamless. During the staining process, they were patient with us and offered helpful guidance as we considered different options.The final product came out great. Working with someone new is always a leap of faith, and weve encountered plenty of contractors who dont return calls, show up inconsistently, lack transparency, or cut corners. That was not the case here. They consistently did the right thing and prioritized the quality and outcome of the project. If youre looking for someone for your flooring needs, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend them.

I had the best experience with Floor Coverings International! The entire team made the whole process so easy from the consultation to the installation. They completely exceeded all of my expectations and Im absolutely in love with the results!! Adam was so helpful with showing me all of the floor options based on my preferences. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Parker and BJ made the installation seamless, keeping me updated throughout and answering all of my questions! Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International!

Adam, BJ and even Parker all amazing to work with. No pressure sales from Adam, he listened to what I was looking for when it came to the carpet I was looking for. He was strategic in giving me options without overwhelming me with too many. BJ was extremely responsive and gave me updates throughout the process and even provided progress pictures which was really cool since we weren't physically there during the installation. He was on time, hit the deadline. We received several quotes from other companies before we landed with Floor Coverings and their pricing was right on point with our budget.Amazing job guys and thank you for knocking it out so quickly. When we redo our downstairs floors I will certainly be reaching out!

    We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness.
