- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $65/hr. I have a two hour minimum on any jobs over 20 miles from my home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually after being contacted, we will agree on a time for me to come and do what needs to be done. If the scope of the job isn't clear, I will offer to come by and take a look and go through my plan with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for over 15 years in carpentry and other trade work. All of my education has been on the job.
