FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for the first time clean, I will charge a flat rate depending on the size of home and will be spending extra time in the home doing a full top to bottom deep clean. after the first clean, your repeat cleans will be a flat rate but much less than the first, with repeat cleans I will keep your home clean by rotations and focusing on details each visit. the price will also be affected by the scheduling of the cleans, weekly, biweekly, monthly- as the longer you go without the more elbow grease I will need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a sense of the customers main concerns and focuses. What are they most concerned with, and learn a little bout daily life for them, do they have kids, pets?, as well as giving them a detail view of what I offer in each clean. Telling them about the first time clean, as well as described the details I will perform on repeat cleans. I will get the sense of how big the home is, and how often they want their home to be cleaned, what time of day and which day they would like to have me come. I will then give them a price for first clean and repeat cleans. If I feel as if what we have discussed is not what I run into, I will stop services to bring to their attention my issues and concerns and discuss another price that I feel is fair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training through Molly Maid and worked for them for 2 years a route manger. I will be using an adaptation of guidelines, I have learned that work well.
