- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I'm fair and I do what I say that I will do when I give a quote. I want them to be please because they will tell their friends whether they're happy with my job or not. I treat custumers the way I want to be treated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I get to their house I like to walk thru it with them telling me what they want me to do in each room, how they like things to look and that way I will do my job trying not to disturbing them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the operations manager of a janitorial company and had 9 luxury buildings under my care including the new HCA building on Charlotte and 65, Bridgestone of North America headquarters, Pinnacle building, TwelveTwelve, Parallon and others. I was Public Areas Manager at Opryland Hotel and lastly I managed the hotel department of a cleaning company where I took care of 28 hotels. I was constantly receiving training in different areas of the cleaning industry including chemicals use and dangers of improper use, emergency procedures, etc.
