Brandon was awesome. Very professional and very reasonable on his price. I was considering having our house painted but wanted to pressurewash to prepare for paint. When Brandon was done it looked freshly painted! I’ve already referred him to other friends and family in the area.

Luminary just completed a pressurewashing job for our company. The were phenomenal from beginning to end. I found them on thumbtack and had a response within 30 minutes of sending them a message. The owner came out within 2 hours of the first communication. He was professional and gave us a quote right away. There prices were great and worth every penny. We ran into issues with our own water supply and the owner did everything he could do accommodate us to get the job done as soon as possible. R & R Cleaning Services did an amazing job pressurewashing our home. Brandon called and asked if he could arrive earlier than his scheduled appointment which was great for me. Once he got here, he looked at the work that needed to be done and quoted a price that I couldn’t pass up. Our house looks very nice. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Luminary prices for our residential cleaning customers are based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning you are looking for, and the amount of time it could possibly take to complete. Most of our jobs include 2 or more cleaners with the exception of our re-occurring clients.
Our power washing services for residential homes are based on square footage. We typically charge .25 per square footage. We also offer specialty stain removal. We strongly recommend you request a consultation to ensure fair pricing between both parties.
One story home: Starting at $200.00
Two story homes: Starting at $300.00
Large patios or driveways: Starting at $100.00 for patios and $125.00 for driveways
Small patios: Starting at $80.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Luminary typical process with a new customer is to first gather as much contact information as possible such as email address, phone number, and address. We believe that effective communication is very important. After we establish communication, we like to schedule our customers an appointment for cleaning or for a consultation. We believe in being on time and making sure our customers are happy and satisfied.
