- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and discussed up front so there are no surprises. Rates are based on the size of the home, level of cleaning needed, and how often you’d like service. I offer discounts for recurring cleanings and for referrals. Any add-on services (inside fridge, oven, deep cleaning, etc.) are always discussed and approved before the appointment so pricing never changes mid-job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I start with a brief conversation or walkthrough to understand your goals, priorities, and any problem areas. From there I provide an estimate and explain exactly what’s included. On the first cleaning I focus on a thorough top-to-bottom clean so we can maintain it going forward. I check in after the first visit to make sure everything met your expectations and to adjust anything you’d like done differently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in residential cleaning and have been trained in efficient cleaning systems, proper sanitizing practices, and safe product use around children and pets. I stay current on best practices for eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to protect surfaces and finishes in the home. Most importantly, I’ve built my business around reliability, attention to detail, and respect for my clients’ homes.
