- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on home size, condition, and the type of clean. Deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans cost more than recurring visits. Recurring clients save: 20% off weekly, 15% off biweekly, and 10% off monthly service. You're only charged after the cleaning is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send a request, we confirm your home details and give you a price, then we get you on the schedule. After your first clean we check in to make sure everything met your standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every cleaner is background checked, personally interviewed by our team, and trained on our standard cleaning checklist so the quality is consistent every visit.
