- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different. I like to provide rates that are specific to each client’s needs. Once I have a clear understanding of the customer’s project, I will give them proper pricing that will make the most sense for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will initiate a meet and greet or phone call to get an idea of exactly what the client is looking for. We will go over the purpose of the design, specific aesthetics, their personal timeline, and other important details to ensure both of us are on the same page.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I met a designer through a mutual friend and started my interior journey through her. We have tackled many projects together including AirBNBs, lofts, single family homes, etc. Every project is different and I fell in love with the entire process. While I still work alongside this designer, I have also established my own business to help others make their home feel like home.
