- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing in my profession is based on time, fuel cost, taxes and material cost. All of these things rise in price over time just like everything else in the word. My job is to keep these prices down enough to be competitive yet still be able to provide for my family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For me every day is a continued education. It's rare when I don't learn something completely new on the job. I take on so many different types of projects that Im constantly trouble shooting ways to handle each individual situation so that its done right and the results are something that I can be proud of.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Home improvement has been a family business since I was in diapers. I always wanted to go into the Arts and I eventually discovered that my construction skills could be used to create works of art that were lived in and functional. Home improvement has now become my favorite art.
