- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I treat every job as if were my own. My Grandmothe always told me if you do a good job you will always have customers. So that has always been my motivation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet with the client and look at the project . I then asl what there goals are. If it is not clear I will discuss the different options. From there I will work up a bid and explain exactly what I plan to do. If they are interested I put it in writing so we are both on the same page.
