Kelly with Smart Scapes is great, very kind, professional, and punctual. She was able to get a quote to us in one day and the day we approved it her team came and completed the job that day. I had a great experience! We did an online consultation and they were able to provide a conception drawing before ever visiting the property, it was fantastic. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can provide virtual and onsite consultations and estimates. We have very competitive pricing and pride our self on a job well done.
Pricing is based on the square footage of your space and the products you need to create your outdoor landscaping project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can do an online (virtual) consultation and typically see your outdoor space using Google Satellite imaging to provide a general idea of cost. If the cost is generally agreeable then we do a site visit to confirm square footage. We prepare and email you a contract to review, approve and place a deposit. Material are ordered, we complete the project and final payment submitted. You then enjoy your outdoor space for years to come.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Smart Scapes has been in the landscape business for over 30 years. Manages several full-time crews of highly trained installation experts. Each crew member is a certified landscape technician, and each member has also received his or her certification in ICPI and PICP (Permeable Interlocking Concrete Paver) installation.
