- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Carlos Locksmith offers free estimates with all our automotive, commercial, and residential services. We have been working in this industry for over 20 years; we've learned and we've grown. We try our hardest to offer the best and reasonable prices for each and every client. We will also let you know the price before any service is done to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a call, I make sure to set up an appointment for a time that works best for the client and I. When I arrive, I show my locksmith license, we go over what needs to be done, I offer my services and what I can do, we talk about the price, we get started on the job and do our absolute best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned locksmithing over 20 years ago. I often go to locksmith annual trainings/conventions to keep up to date with new training, new tools, and new technology. In this industry, I'm always learning, but I am very experienced given the 25 years I've dedicated to this work.
