- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is reflective of my training, kit materials, and my service. The estimates on thumbtack are just a ballpark price and should not be taken as cut and dry. Final price will be adjusted after discussing with the client the details of their project and gaining a better understanding of what they are looking for :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be real and be myself. I like to get to know who you are, what it is you’re envisioning, and how do we build an atmosphere that gives you the overall best experience. Each client is different, each job is different. What will always be consistent about me- I won’t speak to you like we’re in a corporate office. People are capable of being professional while also expressing their personality. We’re both people, I’m gonna talk to you like a normal person, my guy. 👉🏼😎👉🏼
