- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel - The travel fee for up to 20 miles from my location is included. In the event that you are out of that area, the travel fee is at a rate of 50 cents a mile round trip. I do have a location where you can travel to me as well. Please email me for more info. CANCELLATION POLICY - It is expected to give 48 hours notice to receive no cancellation fee for a booked appointment. If I receive notice within 24 hours of the appointment there is a fee of 50% of the quoted price. A NO SHOW or NO NOTICE cancellation is a fee of 100% of the quoted appointment price. For Bridal appointments, AT LEAST two weeks prior to the wedding date is required for cancellation. Less than two weeks there is a fee of 50% of the quoted price. A 48 hour or less cancellation for bridal is a fee of 100% of the quoted appointment price.
