Jake provided life coaching services while I pursued a career change and relocation. He asked insightful questions that helped me figure out which path was best for me short-term and long-term, and ensured I focused on all aspects of the transition (including financial/practical considerations) instead of being driven solely by emotion. Sarah is an amazing coach and a complete professional! I had never taken a paddle boarding class in my life and she made me and my friends feel completely at ease and comfortable. By the end of the class we were all doing burpees and headstands on our boards! It was a blast! Sarah was also happy to stay after class and answer any of the questions that we had. I couldn't recommend her more as a personal trainer or workout instructor. All of my friends couldn't stop talking about her class that week!
