I initially reached out to this company to move a water fountain. I had planned to go with another company at first, but they followed up with a more competitive rate, so I decided to go with them. They arrived on time and were very punctual, which I appreciated. There was a language barrier, so we relied on translation apps to communicate, but we were still able to work through everything effectively. They used a box truck and took precautions, such as using blankets to protect the fountain, which I appreciated. Once at the new location, they worked quickly to set everything up and made adjustments when asked to ensure the fountain was as level as possible. They also offered to spread a small amount of leftover mulch from a previous job, which was a nice gesture. We tipped them for this, covering the cost of the mulch and then some. During the move, the water pump to the fountain was misplaced and later found in the box truck. What really stood out was the owner, Alberth. He was extremely responsive, polite, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. He personally drove two hours out of his way to return the water pump and materials, which speaks volumes about his integrity and dedication to making things right. He was willing to communicate, address concerns, and work toward a fair and mutually beneficial resolution. Overall, the fountain was moved safely, and we’re happy with the outcome. Alberth’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond left a strong, positive impression.
