moving out a 2 story townhome; 2 bedrooms. Pros: quick communication from the owner, movers were polite and professional, movers did a great job at wrapping furniture for protection, breaking down furniture and letting me know where each screws were placed for later aassembly. Cons: time of arrival kept changing, general pace in packing, driving, and unloading could have been quicker, and lastly language barrier this isnt a con per se but i wish I knew beforehand because we had to use a translator app to communicate which ate up time. again not a con if you know Spanish but if you dont then it can be an issue if you are being charged hourly and trying to get things moving.
