The movers damaged most of my furniture, and I paid for insurance with my move. There were at least two pieces of furniture I had to get rid of, and both pieces of furniture qualified to be covered by insurance. The owner, Timothy Hayes, refused to reimburse me for the damages and instead refunded my what I paid for the insurance, which is completely backwards, unprofessional, and broke the terms of his own contract that he had me sign. I will never work with him again and encourage others to look elsewhere. I attached some photos, but there are many more.
