- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. I usually bid jobs up front so the client won't be suprised when I invoice. I also communicate clearly the price changes if the sxope of the job changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly research quicker and more efficient ways to do my work. I also constantly and to my networking list of contractors who do work I can't do so my client continues to look to me for their home improvement needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a degree in business economics that I had always hoped to use in the running of my own business. With my extensive background in home improvement, it made sense to start a business like this.
