Effortless Events by Kristen was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Kristen's communication style was timely and professional from start to finish. The quality of her work and the value she provided was truly amazing - the decor and floral arrangements she created were absolutely beautiful and so creative. Kristen kept everything running smoothly for our timeline, from music cues to food schedule, to photography coordination. She made sure all of our guests were comfortable and engaged throughout the entire event. Kristen's attention to detail is exceptional, and the centerpieces and decor were exactly as we had hoped. She kept everyone informed about the timing of events and special requests (like playing a specific song or gathering a group for photos). I am so glad Kristen was there to make our wedding day perfect - many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended!

Kristen made my wedding day everything we hoped it could be a more. She was responsive and helpful and stepped in multiple times to take extra things off my plate. She created a beautiful reception that elevated my own vision and she was careful to ensure that our day really fit with our wants and personalities. She’s also just really great to work with on a personal level. I enjoyed collaborating with her and felt like we made a good team.
Kristen paid careful attention to the details and even included some bonus surprises for us on our wedding day. I felt so supported by her for the entirety of my engagement. She is awesome and I highly recommend her for any event planning!!

This is our company’s second time using Effortless Events by Kristen and we could not be happier with the results. Kristen was fundamental for our event to happen and be a success! We were planning a huge outdoors Fall Festival expecting more than 300 people and Kristen made the experience seamless and removed all the burden and stress from us! She took care of all the vendor coordination, event planning and creating the list of necessary supplies. We had to reschedule the event due to a hurricane and she took care of all the arrangements necessary for that, we did not have to worry about anything! She was also super responsive via text, call and any form of contact we needed. Would definitely recommend working with her!
