Proposing was one of the most important and unforgettable days of my life, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to bring the vision to life. From the moment I saw the setup, I was honestly so impressed with every detail being so intentional, beautiful, and full of care. Kristen didn’t just decorate a space, she created a moment that my fiancée and I will remember forever.

What meant the most to me was how much love and effort she clearly poured into everything. Kristen was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. The decor made the entire proposal feel magical and incredibly special. I had such an incredible experience with Kristen. I was looking for someone to help me bring my ideas to life for a birthday dinner party I was hosting. I reached out to her and from the beginning, she was very responsive and full of ideas. She was able to seamlessly bring it all together in less than 6 weeks. My husband and I chose a destination wedding in Nashville. We had never been to the Omni hotel or seen what the room we rented looked like and wasn’t able to give this company much guidance on how to set up. I was completely blown away by how amazing not only the wedding venue but the reception venue looked when I walked in. I got compliments from everyone on how stunning everything looked. Most thought we spent a fortune on the decorations but we didn’t. She made the room look like a million bucks but with a super fair price. I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out and I would recommend them for any event 100%

I cannot sing Kristen’s praises enough! Kristen and her teams took care of my daughter’s wedding reception. The wedding took place in Franklin and we all lived 4-5 hours away. About 4 months before the wedding, the reception venue my daughter picked out fell through. Kristen quickly got on it and found us an even better one at a great price! She worked to find us a wonderful caterer, DJ and baker as well. She coordinated everything and worked with us every step of the way to bring my daughter’s vision to life! Her attention to detail and creative eye, the beautiful table arrangements and decor choices were outstanding and better than what we had envisioned! The evening flowed so smoothly! I didn’t have to worry about anything and got to fully enjoy the moment! She was very professional but personal! She would answer questions at any time of the day and put out fires even when she was on vacation. I would highly recommend Effortless Events by Kristen to anyone looking for someone to help plan a special occasion or event. You will not be disappointed!!

If you are looking for someone to help your vision for your wedding or event come to life, this is your person!!! Even if you didn’t have a vision, her talent for this is astonishing and she can help you achieve something truly special. Kristen designed our wedding, in a space that was somewhat of a blank canvas, too.
When I tell you this team has gone above and beyond…they listened to every single detail, helped us troubleshoot throughout months of planning, tried to help us find better pricing on things where we could. I was floored walking into our wedding space and seeing the absolute quality of every detail. It was unbelievably beautiful.
In the end, we had everything we wanted and more, and will have precious memories to last us a lifetime. ❤️
