Very easy to work with. Delivered exactly what we discussed with no unpleasant surprises. Note, his background is healthy takes on eating. So, if you like heavily salted/seasoned things, let him know in advance so he can make adjustments. Pleasure to work with and does great educating his crowd if you want a "show" instead of traditional catering.

What an amazing dinner! Thanks so much Chef Rob for making our Dinner/auction a success!
