- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will discuss how you are feeling throughout the process, I appreciate having a solid 4 hours to start so I can get the lay of the land, and then from there we can make a plan about additional time needed to complete the task. There is a $50 non-refundable fee for those jobs that are cancelled without 48 hours notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to set up a time to do a virtual "walk-through" with you via Zoom or FaceTime. This way, I can get a clear picture from you of where you would like my support and what your envision for your space!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an advanced degree in leadership and have conducted formal research on how organizations are structured for success. I have experience working with a home staging business in organizing inventory and sorting items to be sold, donated, and kept. In day-to-day life, I am that friend or family member who is excited to be asked to walk into a home or office and be allowed to make some quick suggestions or adjustments to make life easier and the space more fun and functional.
