- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organizing projects are priced at $100/hour per organizer, with a minimum of 12 hours. Product costs (bins, labels, etc.) are separate and determined during the planning phase with your approval before anything is purchased. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project date. From initial contact to project day, the process typically takes at least 2 weeks, so we encourage reaching out sooner rather than later!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. It starts with a quick phone consultation, followed by an in-home visit where we gather all the details needed to build your custom proposal. Once you approve and reserve your spot with a 50% deposit, we handle all the product planning and get your sign-off before project day. Then we show up and do the work— you stay as involved (or uninvolved) as you'd like and come home to a fully organized space.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with busy parents and families in the Nashville area who are overwhelmed by clutter and don't have the time or energy to tackle it themselves. Our clients range from families settling into a new home to those who simply need to reset and get organized after a hectic season of life.
