Introduction: Autonomy lifestyle training is geared towards empowering individuals to take control of their health. The Mission is to help guide my clients towards their health goals and ultimately long term control of their lifestyle changes. Normally the things we want to work on weren’t developed over night so it is necessary to implement planning and habit formation for long term success. Your coach Julien Johnson holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.

Julien is a very knowedgeable trainer. He makes the whole experience enjoyable by being encouraging and patient. I would highly recommend him if you are being introduced to boxing for the first time, an experienced practioner, or looking for an alternative to your workout program.

I enjoy hearing about where my clients want to see themselves 3-6 months from now. This can help build the appropriate program for them to achieve their goals and create a long term change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a coaching certification with USA Boxing. I have been involved in group fitness training for over 4 years and personal training for 2 years.
