Matt is a FANTASTIC trainer! I lost 15 pounds training with Matt! He truly wants to help you reach your goals. Matt helped me understand that nutrition is the key to weight loss results and he also helped me see that it can be much easier to eat healthy when you take a long term health approach diet. His training is extremely specific and precise. He has a plan at all times that is catered to your abilities. In our workouts we focused on strength and what he called "muscle building cardio". He's truly an expert on exercise and making the goal of the exercise or circuit clear. The workouts were REALLY tough, but we pushed through every workout and it was worth it.
