It's hard for me to imagine what more you might want in a trainer. There are so many good things about Proper Motion, I could write a really long review, but I'll try to hit the highlights. Bryan is VERY invested in you, as a person. He is incredibly knowledgeable (and credentialed) and will educate you so that you can continue onward. He cares about what you're doing outside the 1 on 1 sessions in the gym — diet, off day exercise, etc. I could go on, but seriously, if you're reading this and you're on the fence, just give him a call! He’s the best!

Bryan is an excellent trainer. He pays attention to his clients needs and has great rotations/exercise programs that my husband and I can actually do and we’re 45 & 50 years old. The exercises don’t aggravate my continuing back pains or make me feel like I’m going to die. He is very smart about planning our sessions. So much my husband bumped them up to 3 times a week. Lord but I survive and Bryan motivates us to keep going. We both have seen results over the past month. Down 5lbs and toned in my legs. We appreciate his professionalism punctuality and expert knowledge. I would recommend him to family & friends with no hesitation. I also appreciate he does house calls so I don’t have to train in a gym.

Bryan has been consistent since day 1. He motivates me daily and when I want to give up, Bryan often remind me why I started. I don’t necessarily like working out but I’m getting there. When I came to Bryan, I didn’t know what to expect. I even had a week where I was in a slump because losing weight seemed impossible. But he constantly motivates me to go forward, break my barriers. Because of that, I’m constantly in the gym each day. I’m shredding weight by the day. Coming to Bryan was one of the best decisions I made.
