What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to work with customers on pricing, depending on the length and characteristics of the stay and the pets. My general pricing is the following:
Short Visit (30 Minutes): $18/day
Long Visit (1 Hour): $25/day
Morning and Evening Visits (Twice Daily): $35/day
Overnight: $45/day
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn about the services needed - number of pets, length of care, nature of care, etc. Then, I arrange a virtual or in-person consultation. Once the consultation has been completed, I am ready to look after the pets during the owners' time away. Finally, I complete a closure meeting to discuss the stay and ensure customer satisfaction.
