- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pianos that haven't been tuned in over two years are likely to require 'pitch correction' tuning, and that costs more than the 'fixed price' fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book Tuning appointment and assess any other necessary repairs upon arrival. Estimates provided at that time, and usually all work completed same day.
