Richard was fantastic to work with! He helped us hang four pieces of art in our home today, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. He was easy to schedule with, communicative, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. His knowledge and attention to detail really showed, and he took great care to make sure everything was perfectly placed and secure. The finished result completely elevated our space (even though my photos don’t do it justice!). I had such a wonderful experience with Richard. He provided excellent communication, arrived on time, and immediately set to work on offering me insight on how best to complete two gallery walls. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fairly standard. There is a minimum of 1 hour. Price may increase due to location and hardware needed for the install.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally start by saying "Hi - my name is Richard". I've had some good results with that. People will normally come back with "Hi Richard - my name is __________".
But seriously, I'll ask some questions about the installation. I've worked with all types of installs, so I can get a good understanding of the project fairly quickly. I'll make sure the location of the project is freezable for myself and also make sure I have the hardware I'll need. I know a lot of the complications with installs, so I'll bring extra types of hardware as a contingency or to have options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked as an installer for galleries, estates, offices, museums, and more.
