About
Hi, thanks for stopping by! I'm Stephen, a Pilates instructor and walking buddy with a strong athletic background. If you need someone to walk with you and be a friendly listener you can have both an exercise buddy and a friend to talk things through, the good and the bad. It's my mission to help as many people as possible enjoy and reap the benefits of Pilates. As a former 2-sport collegiate athlete, my Pilates style is dynamic/athletic. In addition to an athletic background, I have a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling/Psychology as well as experience health/life coaching thousands of clients. My coaching style is very positive, encouraging, and I strive to get the best out of my clients. While simultaneously meeting them where they are, and helping them feel heard and valued. I teach both mat and reformer Pilates. For remote training, you can expect a creative and fun mat class with props (sliders, weights, bands, etc...). The price of training is $100/50 minute private lesson, $60/30 minute private lesson. I can do do small groups (2-3) for $150/50 minute small group class, and $100 for 30 minute small group class.

Stephen was so kind and patient with me. He knew exactly when adjustments needed to be made for my body’s needs. Can’t wait to work more on building strength with him!

Stephen was really great at catering the workout to my level and knowing when, and how much to push me. He also wasn’t shy to critique my form and movement to make sure I was doing everything safely, and correctly. I always left the workout feeling like I was challenged, yet I still enjoyed it and had a lot of fun!
