I want to offer my recommendations for one of the most incredible agents we have ever worked with. Ashley Oliver is one of the team members from Compass Realty (Team Warner). We moved to Murfreesboro, TN about 6 months ago after selling our house in California. We quickly realized that purchasing a house was not going to be as easy as selling our house. Working with Ashley Oliver was the only way we made it through the process. She was extremely helpful, active, dedicated, tenacious and most important, loyal. For 4 months she showed us houses, usually several a day. The market was crazy during this period and Ashley worked with us to define our want/need list and made many creative suggestions. Her patience and dedication gave us strength and confidence. She was always available and returned our calls/texts. She also followed through with requests for information, and I had many requests. If my question was something she didn't immediately know she would bring it back to her team to assure accuracy. We did have a house under contact early in our search for the perfect forever house. Unfortunately, about half way through the process we became a little discouraged with the way the reports and apraisal were going. With the support of her team at Compass Realty, we were able to dissolve our offer/contract and get our deposit refunded. That was because of the strength and reputation of their company. During the 2 month escrow process on the house we just closed on, Ashley again handled everything. Her recommendation on what and how we should prepare our offer was the game changer. She is so respectful and aware of the process that the stresses of such a complicated purchase was made very easy. I can not recommend Ashley Oliver enough. If you are lucky enough to team up with Ashley Oliver, you will be a contender in the fight to by a home!

Jessica Warner is everything (and more) that you could ever want in a real estate agent. What’s most impressive and also very rare - she wants your happiness first and foremost before any sale. It’s easy to feel forced or pressured or rushed into choosing a home, but Jessica offers an experience quite the opposute. She asks all the hard questions, gives opinions both warranted and not, and truly works nonstop to make home buying such a smooth process. On top of just how wonderful she is, her connections with other professionals in the Middle Tennessee area are never-ending. She’s got a guy (or gal) for EVERYTHING! Working with Jessica was an absolute pleasure. Prior to Jessica, a different realtor from a different company came to visit my home and they wanted to low-ball my listing price. After months of staging work to get my home HGTV ready, I was so upset. In a highly welcomed contrast, Jessica was recommended to me and she was SO kind when she first visited my home. She noticed all the details you want your listing agent to recognize so they can highlight them for your buyers, and she truly understood our hard work in staging, given her background in interior design. She also didn't rush me or pressure me during our listing consult and it felt like I was talking to someone who's been a friend for a long time. Best of all, Jessica and I agreed completely on a FAIR price of my home so that my home would be represented at its true value and she helped me get $18k more for my home than the first agent wanted to low-ball my price at. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can discuss this further in our initial meeting! I provide many services that I cover in my commission instead of passing the expense on to my client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients one on one and find out more about what they are hoping to accomplish! If I am working with a first time home buyer, we will have a meeting where I walk them thru the entire home buying process from contract to close. My team and I are with our clients the whole way and we are always a phone call or text away!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in interior design. I was a successful interior designer in Atlanta for 8 years. I can go in any home and tell a client exactly what potential it has and how much it would cost to do so. For my sellers, I can stage your home to sell and get top dollar! I have also worked for Restoration Hardware and JANUS et Cie in sales and buying. I have extensive negotiation skills!
