- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can discuss this further in our initial meeting! I provide many services that I cover in my commission instead of passing the expense on to my client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients one on one and find out more about what they are hoping to accomplish! If I am working with a first time home buyer, we will have a meeting where I walk them thru the entire home buying process from contract to close. My team and I are with our clients the whole way and we are always a phone call or text away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in interior design. I was a successful interior designer in Atlanta for 8 years. I can go in any home and tell a client exactly what potential it has and how much it would cost to do so. For my sellers, I can stage your home to sell and get top dollar! I have also worked for Restoration Hardware and JANUS et Cie in sales and buying. I have extensive negotiation skills!
